We adopt the latest technology to make “Supporting you” efficient and effective.  With this in mind we have recently adopted an on line service, “LogMeIn”.  This provides us with many tools, for example, the ability to connect over the internet, under the strictest levels of security, to your workstation, then to talk you through the problem, actually moving your mouse, around your screen, to show you how to resolve the problem.  We can run process’s such as back ups, installation and configurations from our offices, providing prompt and cost effective support solutions.
