Crystal Reports Session 1 image

Following on from the success of the morning, we will introduce more detailed Crystal Report options and design techniques:

We will look into conditional formatting, so we can show specific items on reports in colours that relate, for example, to all amounts above £10,000. We will introduce the search and sorting options, so when you run reports, only the accounts owing more than £250.00 are shown, or next time you run the report, only over £1,000.00 are shown. These 'Parameters' will enable report users to input the value they are interested in, so you don't need to rely on a hard coded report for each query.

We will show how simple programming queries can manipulate data in the current system, so a new report can be built that really answers your questions.
